At De Kop van Oost, you can now enjoy extensive lunch and fine-dining with a beautiful view of the iconic mill. The restaurant is spacious and bright and has an attached conservatory and a nice waterside terrace. The menu can be described as French but with a modern twist.

On the menu at The Head of East

At De Kop van Oost, you can let the chef surprise you with a 3- or 4-course menu or choose to order à la carte. Some favorites are the Salmon tartare with dill emulsion and Burrata with foam of tomato as a starter and the Dorade with fennel salad and samphire as a main course. You could call it fine-dining but at accessible prices and in good portions.

"De Kop van Oost's dishes are surprising and accessible to a wide audience. This means that foodies can indulge, but someone who wants to eat out spontaneously also has plenty of choice. The basis of the dishes is classic French cuisine with international influences and modern twist, each dish has Nick's signature. This signature makes the dishes exciting making you want to come back again and again." says chef Nick Holter
